Staff Qualifications and Requirements

Teachers at Little Blessings Preschool have either college degrees or CDA (Child Development Associate) credentials and related experience in the field of education. Assistant Teachers are required to hold a High School diploma and have relevant experience. We also require all our staff to be CPR and First Aid certified.

All staff members are required to submit a Staff Health Report that is certified by a physician that they are free from any disability, which would prevent them from caring for young children. In addition, each staff member must have a negative TB test on file.

All preschool staff are required to have a Criminal History Record Check and a Child Protective Services Check.
